 "God of War III" begins with a dramatic opening as Kratos, alongside the Titans he freed from the Underworld, scales Mount Olympus to wage war against the Olympian gods. Kratos is driven by vengeance, particularly against Zeus, his father, who betrayed him. Riding on the Titan Gaia, Kratos fights his way up the mountain as gods and mythological creatures attempt to thwart the Titans’ ascent.
